DPMF is an online performance management system to monitor service delivery to citizens. The data is directory collected from all 25 districts by the Deputy Commissioner office. The DC office collects this data from multiple district offices and then update it into online system after verification.
The deadline for submission of district data is 10th of each month. After this deadline, the Performance Management Cell starts analyzing the data and prepares detailed analysis report for the chief secretary.
Verification of all data submitted in this online system is taken very seriously. The DC is directly responsible for the validity of all data submitted from the district. In addition, field monitoring teams from the CS office regularly visits the districts to individually verify the records of all data submitted.
